Fall Tabletop Decor
Whether you're hosting holidays at your home or simply jumping on the fall decor train, follow these easy table top trends to add a touch of season to any dining room!
Minimalist:
I'm sure that you have an empty bowl or serving tray somewhere right? If not, don't worry. Target has some cost effective options at your local store. And if all else fails call your Mom, she surely has one!
Step one: Get a large bowl or platter.
Step two: Fill with fall items like: small pumpkins, Indian corn, faux fall leaves and dried sunflowers.
Step three: Arrange to your liking- easy as that! There's no wrong or right way on this one.
Step four: Source a table runner in various fall colors, example: rust, orange, burgundy, forest green, navy blue. World market is one of my go-to's, along with Home goods, pottery barn & Michael's.
Step five: Place filled tray in center of table and you are finished- now how easy was that?
Alternate option: Add candles to the mix!
Feeling extra crafty:
These mason jars filled with bright flowers, birch branches or berry picks are just lovely! You will need to get crafty with these guys as they require more work- yes, you are fully capable!
Mason jars: You can pick these up from Smart and Final or Michael's.
Spray paint: Primer first, then spray your fall colors on! You can source the flower's from your local farmer's market or grocery store. Michael's also has a variety of faux flowers if you opt out on the fresh ones.
Finishing touch: Tie a piece of hemp or colored ribbon around the top to complete the look!
I don't have time for crafts, but I'm hosting Thanksgiving-help!
Step one: If you are looking for that wow factor, go to your local retailers like, Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, West Elm, and Restoration Hardware. Every vignette in the store has a setup you can purchase. Find one you like and buy it!
Step two: Invite me over, we'll open a bottle of wine and put it all together!
All finished! Now sit back and enjoy all your hard work for one month before we move on to Christmas. If you try one of these or you have your own to share, please email me! I'd love to see it!
Happy Designing!
